Meet Banderitas Founder, Jesse Salcedo
Founded by Jesse Salcedo, 11 Bravo Vietnam Infantry Combat Veteran, Squad Leader, 25th Infantry Division, 4/9 Manchu & 1st Air Mobile Division, 1/8 and a retired California General Contractor.
Since its establishment, our organization has woven a tapestry of impact, a testament to the dedicated efforts of our members and the warmth of community volunteers.
Jesse Salcedo's commitment, drawn from the wellspring of his experiences as a Vietnam Combat Veteran, propels our journey forward.
His vision is not merely to honor Veterans but to create a living, breathing community of education and support.
COMMUNITY CAMPUS
We envision Banderitas as a vibrant, self-sustaining community hub where education meets enterprise.
Our integrated campus will feature training facilities alongside living spaces, including casitas, shops, and apartments along Main Street, an RV park, and our signature “The Memorial Wall”.
This dynamic environment will serve as a model for rural development, where learning, living, and commerce converge to create lasting economic opportunities and community vitality.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Banderitas empowers individuals to build sustainable careers through innovative education and skills training, fostering economic growth and transforming rural communities.
We combine traditional craftsmanship with emerging technologies to create pathways for professional advancement and entrepreneurial success.
WE ARE HERE TO BUILD UPON YOUR UNIQUE NEEDS AND SKILLS
